Oregon says NO to robotaxis!

House Bill 4085 would open up Oregon’s public roads to robotaxis, invite them into our for-hire transportation market, and block local regulation of robotaxis and autonomous vehicles.

Oregon rideshare drivers have been asking for basic workplace protections like minimum wage, sick leave, and protection from unjust terminations. HB 4085 further threatens our jobs, and all for the benefit of out-of-state corporations. It puts our communities at risk, hurts local workers and families, eliminates local jurisdictions' choice to appropriately regulate robotaxis, and ignores Oregon’s values of equality and worker rights.

Drivers Union OR and allies are urging lawmakers to protect local jobs and communities, keep experimental robotaxis off our roads, and VOTE NO on HB 4085.
