Take Action

Portland City Council is considering legislation to:

• Require Uber & Lyft to guarantee drivers keep at least 80% of what passengers pay, capping their commission at 20% or less
• Require Uber & Lyft to provide itemized receipts for every trip to both drivers and passengers showing their take rate
